ZKTeco BL852Q38A License Plate Recognition (LPR) Camera

The ZKTeco BL852Q38A is a high-performance bullet IP camera with an embedded License Plate Recognition (LPR) application. The plate recognition algorithm runs directly inside the camera, eliminating the need for external computers in access control, tolling, and weighing scenarios. It can identify license plates from over 80 countries worldwide.

Featuring a 1/2.8" Sony STARVIS CMOS sensor with 2-megapixel (1920x1080) resolution, it delivers quality video even at 0 lux illumination. The 3.35-10.05mm motorized lens provides flexible installation and precise focus. With an IR range of up to 50 meters and WDR (120dB) technology, license plates remain clearly readable even under strong backlight or at night.

It can recognize plates on vehicles in motion (up to 20 km/h) or stationary, with an accuracy rate of 98% or higher. The camera integrates directly with ZKTeco barrier gates for automated access control. IP67 weatherproof rating, PoE (IEEE802.3at) support, and MicroSD card storage ensure reliable operation and easy installation.
