1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy explains how Bakuvi Solutions LLC (the Company) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data obtained through bakuvisolutions.az, the online store, contact forms, user registration, the newsletter and the chatbot.

The Policy is prepared in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”. By using the website you acknowledge these processing terms.

The controller is Bakuvi Solutions LLC. Current legal details, including TIN (VÖEN), are shown at the top of this page.

3. What data we collect

We collect only the data needed to provide our services:

• Contact form: name, email, phone, subject and message
• Registration and profile: first name, last name, email, phone (optional), password (hashed), profile photo (optional)
• Newsletter: email address
• Orders and payments: order details, contact details, amount and transaction ID
• Chatbot: conversation text, page URL, language and (if provided) name, phone, email
• Technical data: IP address, browser, language, session, cookies, cart and wishlist

Card data: the full card number, CVV/CVC and expiry date are not stored on the Company’s servers. Online payments are processed via ePoint and partner banks.

4. Purposes and legal basis

Personal data is processed in order to:

• provide products and services, fulfil orders and offer support
• process online payments and confirm status
• create an account, enable login and keep the service secure
• respond to enquiries and prepare offers
• send news and campaigns based on your consent
• improve the website, prevent fraud and comply with the law

5. Payments and ePoint

Online payments are accepted via the ePoint platform (Global Innovations LLC). Data required for a payment (amount, order number, status) may be shared with ePoint. Card data is processed in ePoint’s or the acquiring bank’s secure environment.

Data may be disclosed only where necessary:

• ePoint and partner banks — to process payments
• Mailchimp — if you subscribe
• hosting, email and technical providers
• AI providers — conversation text for chatbot replies
• Google Fonts and Google Maps
• public authorities where required by law

Some providers may be located outside Azerbaijan.

7. Cookies

The website uses cookies for sessions, language, remembered login, the cart and user experience. You can restrict cookies in your browser; some features may then stop working.

8. Retention

Data is kept as long as needed for the purpose. Payment and accounting records are stored for the period required by law (typically at least 5 years). You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
